Dr. Doug Stephey welcomes Alan Heath, a psychologist in the UK who created The Movement Program (TMP). TMP is a web-based physical movement program designed to be performed 20 minutes per day, five days per week, for 60 sessions.
TMP has been shown to improve attention, balance, coordination, reading, and overall learning skills and is directly tied to the neuroscience of movement and learning.
